not ticking over just right

rs 172 2002 not ticking over just right at the minute.I have changed the ht leads and spark plugs and its still the same.Any help will be brill

Its hard to say for sure without seeing the vehicle i'm afraid. Could be CTS or H02 related but it could also be a timing issue or even engine condition/health.
