Novice needing help!

Car  Clio 1.4 16v Dymanique
Hello
Right, I'm basically looking at giving my car a real good detailing, ready for the winter.
Basically I know nothing! I need to know what are the better products to use/what you would recommend.

'My' way of doing it and what products to use would be something like this:

Wash - http://www.i4detailing.co.uk/acatalog/Meguiars_Shampoo_Plus_3.html

Dry/shammy - http://www.i4detailing.co.uk/acatalog/I4D_Uber_Premium_Drying_Towel_1.html

Clay - http://www.i4detailing.co.uk/acatalog/Meguiars_Smooth_Surface_Clay_Kit_1.html

Sealant - http://www.i4detailing.co.uk/acatalog/Meguiars_Synthetic_Sealant_1.html

I'm not sure if this is good or not? Am I missing out any crucial stages etc?

Thank you

Will

From a skim read, yes. Polishing. You need to polish after claying. Use Auto Glym Super Resin Polish.

I'll check the links when I have more time.

so after i have clayed it, should I still polish it with that SRP you recommended and then seal it with this EGP?

Cheers

Don't forget underneath FIRST if you want it prepped for winter ;)

Mine's for a coat of Waxoyl underneath now in September, then a few coats of wax on top and loads of wheel seal :)
