Number plates

I'm needing to get new number plates made up. I'm wanting to get a standard back plate with no border etc and the front standard no boder etc but have a specific measurement for it to be cut down to. Does anyybody no where would be best on the net?

It's not for a clio though the dimensions. I'm wanting plates made up for my new car. It's specific dimensions I have so need a place that can do that not just 3/4 size plates.
