Numbered Clio (Cup/V6) plate

Does anyone know where I can get a plate made up - like the numbered Cup and V6 ones. I just need it to cover some holed on my dash from an old car kit and I thought it would be a nicer way of doing it.

I dont want it numbered but something with the RenaultSport Clio logo on would be good.

Just a thought to try some of these door sill kick plate makers. They cut metal and stamp logos on them ?
