O2 sensor fault....

Iv got myself a EML cable and software and tried to diagnose the engine management light on my clio 172 cup

All it says is O2 sensor circuit fault... How do I know if it is pre cat or post cat (im presuming my cup has both??)

I'm no mechanic, but from reading up on here and previously having a possible Lambda sensor fault myself, try switching the front and rear sensors around. Apparently the back one does F all anyway so will probs be your front 1st one that will be at fault.

Where did you get your cable and software from? Can it be used for any car? Also can you reset the engine management light with it? Or can you only get fault codes off the car?
