Bought a phone from ebay 30 days ago.
I know buying a phone from ebay is touch and go, i have done it before and never had a problem.
The phone was blocked when i got it even though the advert said brand new. Eventually the seller called 02 and they unlocked it but now it isnt working again. It turns on etc but says limited service and cant make any calls or txts.
I phoned o2 they said my sim is fine, but maybe a fault on the handset. I emailed the seller he said that he called o2 after i did and said the phone is fine?? i have tried 3 o2 sims in the phone and non work.
Anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong?
is it any use logging a compliant on ebay? or am i screwed and will have to pay for it to be fixed??
