Occasional crunchy gear?

When I bought my 182 it was fine but after a month it picked up an issue that every now and then I will go to change gear and it will come out fine but crunch as it goes in.
its not specific to any gear just does it with any.
ive done tests to see if the clutch was starting to slip but me and my mechanic friend found no issue with the clutch as far as we could tell.
Anyone suffered with this or know a possible solution?

Have the same issue with mine.. Found a poly dog bone mount helps but doesn't eliminate it. I think it's the play in the selector that causes this with the engine rocking under load. Next step for me is solid engine mounts
