I have a snap on reader it cost £2000 just food for thought.
No, only from 2002 onwards. Even then not all services 01-09 are implemented.
And it still won't pull back anywhere near as much as clip will.

I got one the other week. It found the same fault as the AA's tablet. Does loads of other stuff too. It's like having a Nissan Skyline computer in your car lol.
I'm very surprised they got away with it to be honest.
I actually purchased one of these yesterday and its not all that. I need to have a real play with it today but first impressions aren't great
