OE vs Uprated clutch...

  FF Clio 182
After my 182 engine decided to spit out its bottom end I thought as the engine out I would fit a new clutch. Correct me if I am wrong but the OE clutch is about £130. all i wanted to know would it be best to use a Renault genuine clutch or go for an uprated one.

I seen this one on Prima Racing (http://www.primaracing.com/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=35275) and was wondering if anyone has it or knows if it is any good as it is about the same price of a Renault genuine one. Im under the impression as it is a fast road clutch it will feel slightly heavier under your foot.

If not, i know you can get LUK clutches cheaper but as they cheaper I would assume they wouldn't feel the same or last as long.

Thanks

Carl

the clutch cover will just have stiffer springs to take more torque ..... the thing will feel heavier but should be ok for road driving .
