oem rubber mounts

I was just wondering whether someone could answer a very quick question for me regarding the oem rubber mounts and coilovers set up.. is the top mounts suppose to spin and elevate slightly when turning full lock to the left or right?

if they don't rotate you can't steer

lol.. coming from hondas, the coilover has the top mounts as a unit and has 2 bolt holding the coloiver so that there is no play. the spinning is obvious .. but the elevation really made me ??
