Office Upgrade Licenses

I have been running Office 2003 for years now and have just been given an upgrade package from work to 2007. It's not the latest but much better than 2003... my question is I have 2003 on both my laptop, which is used at work, and my personal computer at home and I want to upgrade both of them.

How many times can I use the upgrade package? It is still boxed and sealed but I can't find any information on how many times I can use the upgrade.

it use to be on a laptop and desktop but you couldnt use them at same time

its most probably different now though

What exactly do you mean, can't use them at the same time? You mean I cant have outlook open on my laptop and PC at the same time?

yup basically laptop has to be off if your using the desktop but obviously they cant tell

Oh right, that won't really be a problem anyway then... and as you said how will they tell.
