Turning out to be.

I sell my corsa alls happy have some trouble from endsleigh etc and took insurance cover out with a company called trident.

Alls nice up until a few days when they sent me a letter saying they are to cvoid my insurance as i have not provided proof of my No claims bonus. So off i rang endsleigh and got a letter from them and sent this. Just got another letter from trident saying "Thanks for your recent letter blah blah providing information of your two years no claims, However this is not acceptable as this shows my bonus is still being used on my previous car"

Little bizzare as i canceled my insurance with endsleigh like about four weeks about before i got the valver.

Getting a little annoyed now with this.

just complain, and give them your previous insurers phone number. According to ABI guidelines they can accept proof over the phone!

Just ring them and argue your case and it will be sorted before u know it.

Insurance eh?! Wat a ballache....

Going to have to speak to them tomorrow and SCREAMMMMM! down the telephon until they pull their fingers out their arses and free up my ncb.

For me, especially at the moment, money is a real issue. But when an insurance company messes me about I wait for my policy to expire and I take my buisness somewhere else. Thats about the same time I send them a letter telling them why. Always get kiss ass appologise back, but I have already left.
