OH NO

Renault Clio (1991-98): Thieves love the Clio: the locks are poor; the alarm can easily be silenced; and it’s possible to wrench the doors open.
:(

Who says that?

OK, so its true (gulp!) but it applies to loads of cars, including the 106, Saxo, Corsa etc etc.

Dont know if the older clios have it but my facelift phase 3 has a very good immobiliser (cuts in after 1 minute of front door being opened)

Waiting while my alloys were getting fitted i could here a car staring and stopping, knew it was mine. Had to go out and tell the bloke.

I dont have a clifford yet but when i do im getting some Toad window stickers!!

So when they see the Toad stickers they will be expecting a toad alarm and when its not they will be buggered as alot of thieves try to find out the make then they can use the net to find how to disable them!!

The element of suprise!!
