was £28 in the end. bargain i feel, i thought it seemed cheap as well tbh was expecting in the region of £50. ahhh well car seems a little nippier now although that could just be my imagination

dan - went to hi-q in stafford if thats any use to you in the future (if i remember rightly ur a cannock lad?)

cheers mate but i always do mine myself :p
i think places like that can do it so cheap because they buy like the big drums of it instead of a lil bottle.
where are you from then russ?

  Audi TT 3.2 V6
yeah that was my thinking dan on the drums of oil, was going to do it myself as well but seen as it would cost the same i cudnt be arsed lol

Magnatec is shite oil, get some fully synthetic oil. Magnatec will brake down too quickly for the service interval on your car.

i use elf excellium 5w/40 from holdcrofts. 25quid + fit and sump plug for 7quid. then adrian wilson in leek do the oil change, supply and fit plugs, and forte engine treatment for 25quid.

have this done every 9k to keep it running nice.

forte engine flush. gets all the crap out and makes it run nice and smooth.

^^^ I was wonderin if it was that . I asked Guy from opieoils about flushing the engine before i change my oil and this was his reply :

Andy,

Thanks for the pm.

Dont bother with a flush, they can do more harm then good.

Just drain and replace, the synthetic will do all the cleaning thats needed over the next oil change.

Cheers

Guy.

It can take away the base coat of oil after a change, so for the first few seconds, metal is rubbing on metal.

Thats what i read in autoexpress.

Just made mine louder, wont be using it again.
