Oil Coolers

Has anyone got experience with oil coolers? I will be going turbo and want everything done ready for it to go together!

However I'm aware Engine Dynamics do a kit, unsure if I am paying scene tax on something like that, or I should just bite the bullet and order that one?

The kit looks fair. As with anything you can go overkill and customise until you brain explodes. MLR stuff is generally pretty good though.

I got all the bits seperately for my kit because I knew exactly what was needed. But that kit above will be fine for you! Unless you might want to start adding sensors and an oil gauge then you may be better off buying a different sandwhich plate in the first place which has take offs already. I've got a torques one and my oil temp sensor and oil pressure sensor screw straight into the sides of it.

If yours is a road car only then you 'may' want a thermostatic sandwhich plate to be sure the oil isn't being cooled too soon.

I'd probably go 13 row instead of 10 for a boosted setup and thermostatic sandwich plate as Martin says.

Oh yes my bad I didn't see it was a 10 row. I'd deffo go 13 row yeah!
