where about is the oil filter and are they expencive?

how do you get the old on off does it just twist off or do you have to use a tool?

No, it really dont look like the oil filter!

oh lol *goes look under car again* thats the only thing i can see that looks anything like the a filter.

Yeah thats the oil filter, inside that black cover, you need to unscrew it and replace the rubber o ring aswell. Its a cartridge type oil filter.

When I had my old 1.2 renault always gave me a complete new filter, not just the internal cartridge. Although I did wonder if you could just get that on its own.
