Oil in the spark plug well, blown spark plug

  Clio sport 172
Evening, sorry for posting this as I've seen it's been discussed before but was wondering if the 2 issues may be related.
My 172 started misfiring, it only did 500 yards like that and it's been sitting ever since. Upon inspection, spark plug number 3 was blown, there's also oil leak on one of the plugs, leads number 3 and, there also appear to be a leak from the oil breather. Please see pictures attached. I have ordered a new manifold gasket and new spark plugs.
My question, could oil be coming from the plug well? 2 of the leads had some gasket on them that I cannot identify - picture attached.
I cannot figure out whether the oil went dripping down the lead into the well, or is that 2 different leaks 🥴

You sure its oil and not just dirty moisture creeping past those coil pack seals? - seen it on 197's

A while since i had one off but sure the inlet manifold has a rubber seal on it and that mating surface should be clean and free from any sealer, clean it up and replace the rubber seal and it should be fine.

It does look like general muck on the leads, however there's defo oil from the breather hole, i have ordered a gasket for the manifold.
What about bits of gasket on the leads though? That has me worried, it was defo lead number3, same as the blown plug..
I'll take better pictures when I get home but you can see it's some gasket around the lead

I mean is there any chance that gasket could be from inside the well? I don't think there's a plug well seal on these?
