check the area where the sump and the bottom end meet there is a rubber gasket in there that perrishes.
check the sump plug for signs of leakage
also check the gearbox , around the selector rod and between the joints may leak
thats the same gasket that edde was referring to. The rocker gasket going is a very common problem on these engines. Pretty straightforward job and doesn't take very long.
