Oil on cam cover

  Clio Sport 172
I have an accumulation of engine oil on top of the cam cover and it has started filling up the holes around the spark plugs for cylinders 2 and 3.
It looks like it may come from under the small cover at the rear of the cam cover (under the intake plenum) where the crankcase breather tubes are connected.
Where does this oil usually leak from?

  Cup In bits
Dephaser solenoid oil seal, breather plate gasket (the part you speak of), between the cylinder head and cam cover inside the spark plug holes, the egg shaped gasket between the intake plenum and breather plate if the car is breathing heavily.

Remove plenum, access, clean, run again and then fix the leak source.

I have got a similar problem, I had the camshaft oil seals replaced but it still does it. Horrible smell when hitting some revs so I guess it drops onto the exhaust.
