** OIL Problems **

Ive had my Dynamique 1.2 16v for a year and the oil light has already come on. From what Ive been told this shouldnt happen yet.

I phoned my Renault dealer today and they have also said that this is strange. Its going in on Wednesday to be looked at.

Also cos I have way way way overfilled my oil in a rush this morning, so theyare going to sort that out aswell. So Im driving very careful at the mo.

Has anyone else had these problems?

Also should I put the origional panel filter back in before I take it in as I have a Jetex panel filter at the mo.

I will let you know how I get on.

so far loads of people have had problems with the 1.2 16v engine, but so far ive not known anyone to have that sort of problem

if you have overfilled it as you say, you shouldnt really drive the car, at all !

Brun what oil you got in stock at the mo? G/F wants some for her 106.
