oil question...

people have said ATF is the best to put in a manual gear box....is this true? also, what makes the best????

Royal purple the best but price at £50 or so for enough to do a Clio box.
I use Millers 75/90 (the spec your supposedto) and I like it seems to smooth out the change a bit but its no better from cold.
