does anyone know whether its ok if i use Shell Helix super mineral motor oil, 15w-40 in my 1.4 16v? cheers

I'm not sure what the 1.4's use. The sports are 5-40 so might be the same. 15-40 most likely isn't going to be good for your car but if it's low top it up. Any oil is better than no oil.

Mineral oil? No. Fully synthetic.

I've heard Crisp and Dry is good for that engine.
