Old and new

I'm really missing my old blue clio so i thought i'd put some pics of it up and its new replacement which i haven't bothered to drive for over three weeks.

and while i'm at it one of the barge

I miss that blue one and having it in the back yard in bits isn't helping but i really can't be arsed working on it

I prefer it too hence why i've not bothered driving the new one

the paint was actually quite bad but it did polish up nicely especially in the sun

it's in the backyard but its been stripped. the engines out and everything from in side its gone. i just want the subframes off it and bits like the fuel tank and lines etc before i scrap the shell. i'll be gutted when its finally gone but it may make me put some effort into the new one then.

get modding on the new one its an awesome looking thing and my car doesnt look as good as yours did with them wheels on, btw im refurbing them and spraying them black soo as it will be off the road for a while why i put a new sil on it lol

How did you cause the damage to the old one.

I've still got that picture on my other computer next time i'm on it i'll post it up.

As for the damage i went on to the motorway backwards as i aquaplaned at the top of a sliproad. luckily no one else was involved. the car still ran and mechanically there was nothing wrong but got written off due to the body repairs coming to an estimated 2k

Cheer for all the great comments. I'll do a progress thread on the black one eventually as i've got plenty to do with it. Its already strripped out and all sound deadening removed and its on sportlines now. I've got some bucket seats to go in and lots of other bits and pieces to change. It'll stay looking pretty much standard though like the old one.
