Old dogbone bushes stuck

I took the dogbone mount out to fit powerflex bushes, but I can't get the old ones out. Need help.
It's a 1.8 16v btw.

Im no expert, have only done the 182 once. But I used a mixture of g clamps, saws, greases and swearing and it eventually came out. I think people have used heat aswell and vices, youd probably have a better time doing it like that

Got the small one out with a vice and nuts. Now I need bigger nuts for the other side. But the swearing helped a lot too.

I just burnt the inside out. Then used a hammer and chisel to get the outer ring out.
Easy.

support the sides of the dogbone and hit the metal of the bush with a lump hammer. should come out in two hits.
