i need to bleed my brakes desprate how the hell do i do it

Easy mate, done it a couple of times now. Get a bleed kit from halfords along with 1 or 2 litres of fluid.

The basic principal is you open the bleed nipple on the caliper with the bleed kit connected and pump brake pedal, while keeping an eye on fluid level, and topping up.

Easy if 3 people do it. One topping up fluid, one on brakes and one on nipple.
