Onboard computer

Hi,
I have an S reg CLio 1.4 RT and was wondering if it has the onboard computer?
Reading in the handbook it says press down the stalk to show the onboard computer readings...i do this and nothing happens.I get the oil level when starting up but nothing else. Do i have to activate it or do i just not have it?
