Right, not sure whether this was coincidence but it seems to have fixed a small issue that was confusing me with the 182... Car is a 2005 model.
It didn't seem to have one-touch windows, which I thought was mad for a car of this age - I was having to hold the button all the way to open and close... the following fixes this if yours is playing up or doesn't seem to have one-touch facility:
1/ Switch ingition (engine) on
2/ Lower window
3/ Raise window to the top AND
4/ Hold switch open for more than 2 seconds
5/ Lower window to the bottom AND
6/ Hold switch open for more than 2 seconds
Motors initialised - Job done.
Car now has one touch window for the drivers side. Just flick the button (not a dual stage stitch like others) up or down and the window rolls the whole way.
