Only full speed wipers work nothing else

No washer jets front or rear, reverse light not working. I know theres a fuse that covers a few of these but the starter works so not sure what it could be?

I believe that controls a lot of things.

Is the reversing light bulb definitely not blown? haha

Could be, Its making random clicks. Probably on its way out.
