I just had a few minutes reading some threads on lost keys etc .
I bought my 172 recently but it only came with one key.

I spoke to this dude http://www.your-auto-locksmith.co.uk/


but he reckons the 2001 ph1 clio cannot be coded as the fobs are specific to the chassis and original code.
Does anyone have any info on this as I dont wanna spend £150 on a main dealer i f I dont have to.

I'm afraid so, I had to do it with mine, cost £130 including coding then about £12 for the blade
