Opinions - Black wheels

Well that was about 2 months ago and the Ice installs half done, Im saving for nitrous and toying with the idea of changing the wheels

Bearing in mind my cars black Im thinking of going for black or dark grey wheels. Im after a bit more of a hardcore dirty racer look for the car and I think black wheels might do that in a stealth sort of way. Think of something like a team dynamics motorsport

I dont like black wheels on any car really, they just dont look right.

Also, theys a lad near me whos got a black toyota with black wheels - it looks pants!

my mate rembrant also says black with black wont work. try leaing the wheels silver, thats the best bet, theres lots of nice wheels out there. good luck

Agree with most of the preceding posts - black can be a bit much. There are some nice grey / anthracite shades about though, thinking of some for my (red) 172.

I had the exact same wheels on my 16v in anthracite and I didnt really like them. They came with the car, so I chopped them in and got some refurbished original Phase2 wheels - much better!

Black wheels loog good on some colour cars ( punto GT at uni looks good)

But on a black car I have to agree that it doesnt look very good.
