opinions on service history?

found a 172 51 plate on the trader not to far from me, only done 25k and its mint but the owner has no service history whatsoever, he asking 5.5k

would anyone go for this without history? and if so what do you think i should be paying for it?

I'd get it dirt cheap as I know some people just don't service cars so it might be on the original oil.

mint as in body work and interior are immaculate. pulls well and no knocks, but service history has always been a selling/buying point for me and this puts me off a bit and was just wondering what every1s opinion was.
