Looking at a set of gaz coilovers there the ones for fast road/ track use. Anyone have these on there clio or no
much about them? Ideally would love gaz golds as you can adjust the dampers but money's tight.

What sort of budget you have in mind for the coilovers

Personally I'd be looking at B14's from Kam Racing.
Recently moved from KW's and IMO the Bilstien are much better.

I also have Bilsteins they are epic, I love mine.
Build quality is superb as you would expect from a German product and the pre-set damping is spot on for a road car.

The ride height adjusts low enough too.

After having the bilsteins id not have anything else on a road car.
