ok...i have theory(here he goes) when i switch from 95ron to optimax the engine feels quicker for the first 100miles....then its back to normal. BUT if i then swap back to 95ron it feels quick for around 100miles again. Do the 16v F7P engines have self retarding ignition? i think thats what its called anyway? this would expalin this..................any ideas anyone?

i always thought the ecu would compensate for diff grades of fuel

renedering optimax useless

(unless your told to use it by the maker)
  clio 20v

y dont u just put about 12 quid in that should do 100 mile then swap

that way it will always be quick he he

ivce never noticed any differance whatsoever except i seem to get through optimax quicker
