Orane Phone Contract

I have a contract with Orange that has about 5 months left to run, but I want to upgrade to their Dolphin tariff.

Does anyone know if I can do this whilst still on an existing tariff, and if so can I upgrade my handset as I don't really like the one I have?

you can change tariff I think, but not the phone.

Hmm thats gay. Is that 100% strictly the case though, maybe if I beg and plead they might upgrade, especially as I am pissed off their "customer services" responded to my email with something I didn't ask them and then ignored my two further emails... really annoyed me actually!

You can upgrade but it'll cost you.

Better off waiting the full 12/18 months and then you have more bargaining power.

At least leave it til one month before it ends.

u can upgrade for free and ull be on an 18/12 contract, but im a premier account holder so was prob diff!! just say ur going to leave and ask to speak to retentions

Cool nice one...no harm done in asking I guess, especially as they have hacked me off by not replying to my emails...although not a real problem waiting the 4 extra months if I have to pay for it I suppose.:boring:
