Anyone on it?

For some reason I have signal but a phone with a cross through it at the top so I can't make calls or send texts etc

Tried to different phones with same sim, so possibly sim is at fault

Think that means the SIM is blocked, invalid.

Try changing between them, one of the networks might be down and if your handset isnt in unlocked mode it may be that.

I am on contract and I have paid my bill LOL

Seems ok, its nearly the end of an 18 month contract so I think sim is slowly dying as I have problems with it disconnecting calls to.

I'd pop into an Orange shop or call customer services and ask for a new sim Kerry.
