os headlight not working xenon

need help I've changed the bulb (xenon) and starter pack I've checked the relay and that's fine but still wont work ns is fine :S

where is that located

On the bottom of the headlight, slim rectangular metal thing. Bumper off job I'm afraid.

this happened to me a couple of weeks ago . i replaced it with one i got from a guy braking a 172 . u dont need the whole bumper of i just took it of at one side so i could get the headlight out . 20 min job to tell the truth thats all it took me to do .
