Other V6 owners

  Clio v6

I am sure there are a couple more V6 owners/members, but I never see any posts on here from them?

Why ?

Is there a V6 forum on here I havent got a password for?

I reply every so often, but at the moment doing a lot of travelling.

Never seem to see any one else in a V6 though.

All the best

Stick to your V6 Dash, as it would be more protective if someone should hit you. I saw a crashed Saxo last Sunday and apparently there were no rear passengers otherwise they would have been killed, looking at the state of it, with the back pushed into the front.

I think / hope the Clios are much stronger than the Saxos! Having said that, I do know of a couple of Clios (not 172s) which have overturned and stayed in remarkably good shape.

from the NCAP tests the clio was much more solid when scrashed than the saxo, there was a couple of pics posted by someone a short while ago, but cant find them at the moment

Thank goodness for that Dash! Stick to your chunky monster:D.

I am going to get a V6 when I have some spare cash as I think they look gorgeous. I hear you all think what a waste of a good car!!

I have only ever seen one V6, which was going down the M6 a while back, which was silver, of course. I would choose blue or black.

  FOR SALE - Mk1 V6

there a member called nick with a V6. he came to the guilford meet (by accident) and brands hatch.

Dash, whats this about you not having been over 130? Neil said he had a trouble keeping up with you...

  Forester Sti, SC Clio V6,

Guess I should say Hi.

Mk1 V6 with loadsa bits -Superchip, 18s, Leda suspension, trophy rear control arms, strenghtened rear hubs, sparcos, harnesses, apr spoiler, splitter from trophy car, momo wheel and bits etc etc - love it to bits - not as quick as the exige but a hell of a lot better on the road if you do some miles. Soon to have induction and exhaust sorted and should be c. 260bhp.

Twitchy my arse - you try the exige in the wet!!!!!!!!!!!11

Have you been looking after it for me all this time Ben?

Please dont sell my Yellow Peril! Next time you are over in HK, would you please fetch it back for me?

Thanks Ben.

;)

hmm.....will take something special for me to keep it......

i know u like low milage cars, so its only got 350km on it....and washed by a multitude of little old chinese women, with silk cloths. Their heand are reguarly soaked in milk overnight, and the are always holding a bar of butter to keep their hands soft. They also only wear draped 100% cotton with no colours, car is kept under flouro light not to fade it. It still has the new car smell.

Hmmm....i could possibly pop it in the hand luggage, as their is no weight limit....and i got my virgin club card!! whopee!

oh, and the wax used is 100% pure sex wax as used on surf boards......

Ben

You will have to get me some of that "100% pure sex wax" for my little 172 - that should put a nice gloss on it!

:D

Talking of gloss, I was reading a product test in this weeks Auto Express where they recommend TURTLE WAX GLOSS GUARD and gave it 5 stars, whereas the Auto Glym (popular with ClioSport folk) was rated only 3 stars.

Apparently since its lauch in 1998 the Turtle wax stuff has been their favourite and has never been bettered.

I am off to get some in the morning!

what!!!!

surely there is better, you need to get an industril polisher and some proper industry grade polish......
