Clio Renaultsport 172 2ltr 16v purchased yesterday

Not normally a fan of Corsa's but that looks awesome! Bet it was fairly swift too!

Yeh i wish i could have kept it, was great fun but hard to drive

clio is faster but just as fun to drive!
Also i needed a car i can use daily and leave most places!

Corsa's wheel would have gone nice on the 172. I reckon you should start with clear side repeaters and a Cup splitter

clio is more modern and handles leagues better than the corsa!
Its just as fun and not as much hassle to own

yeah i would have kept the corsa on looks etc but can understand why you changed.....keep the 172 subtle...best way

i got 5.5k for the corsa, but the car is show room condition. Its immaculate

Just need lots of pics of different wheels on black 172's!
so i can now choose

As for wheels for the 172 a set of turini's (as found on clio cups) would look good.

Although I hate corsa'a with a vergence
A mate and his "my 1.2's faster than your mk1 172" for 2 years solid s**te!
That is until he rolled it going head-to-head with a VTR!
I like that one, excellent colour imho. be nice and grunty too with the 2.0l lump in & I wouldn't have thought it'd be that much of a push over.

Shame to sell that matey, but if you cant leave it parked up anywhere then its time to look at other things.
Still 172's aint that much of a pushover either
