You can configure accounts, manage profiles and set data files. This might solve your problem.

Original Poster said:Thanks guys, I was able to go into the mail setup within control panel and delete the user profile. This resolved the problem.
Description of crypt.dll
This is a component of Music Match. This jukebox software manages and plays your music. It also lets you create and rip CDs, and create playlists.
I'd suggest removing Musicmatch (if it's installed) if you cannot get it working. Or delete the .dll using CMD/Safe Mode.
Ah crap. Just realised the post I made is for Crypt32.dll - Ignore it.
