Outlook 2002

Just got an email from my mum.

She uses Outlook 2002

When she sends a message it says "multi-part message in mime format"

Not sure what that means exactly or how she turns off whatever she's turned on?

Im quite sure this has nothing to do with the outlook client but a thrid party that is stripping your e-mails, check the message header.
