Outlook HELP - deleting emails

Hi I have outlook 2013 (365) on my newish PC. For some reason I cant search or find by scrolling certain (but not all) emails? I know they have been sent as when I log on my mac I can find the email from the same account, with the PC I cant?
Seems to be anything more than a few weeks old?

Are they on webmail? What mail client is on the mac?

Under your account settings (in Outlook 2013) -> server settings - make sure your offline settings is set to "mail to keep offline" is set to all? if you are using cached mode.

Search indexing will be running. Go to start > search > "search indexing"

What type of mail account is it? Exchange / pop / IMAP ?

On the menu bar of Outlook 2013 you should see a SEARCH tab when you enter a search term. If you select that then click "Include Older Results" does it return what you are looking for?
