How do I insert an image?

In Outlook 12 there's a specific "Insert Picture" button in the signature section.

Outlook creates three signatures, plain text, rich text and HTML. You won't be able to do it for plain text.

Go to Advanced Edit and it will let you edit it in Word.

I've used images in my Outlook sigs for years so I know I must have done it some how.

Can't you simply copy/paste the image into the signature box?

How did you do it then because Advanced Edit just worked fine for me? :S
