Outside door trims.

Anyone got any advice on how to remove the outside door trims off the quarter panels and doors?

Ive tried for the last hour or so, but dont want to pull too hard or force them incase I snap something.

If i remember correctly they slide off.....dont quote me on that tho

They do slide off, but its a pain in the rear end...

Saying that i still haven't managed to take the quarter panel ones off!!

Open doors first.Then the door ones slide off towards the back and the quarter panel ones slide towards the front

It IS easier tsaid than done.... still finding the back ones hard to get out, myabe my hands are too small..

yeah its harder than that.. i took mine off yesterday.

It helps if you cover a screwdriver in tape and wedge it down the side of the strip.. it just helps to loosen it off a bit
