Outside temp sensor on mk3

  Clio Mrk 3 1.2 16v
My mk3 extreme does not come with a temp sensor. Is it possible to buy one and fit it myself? if so how?

I'm sure the loom would be the same. If so then it's just a case of getting hold of a wing mirror with a temp sensor in it and swapping them over.
