outside temp

got in the car today noticed that the temp sensor for out side read 50c then went to 60c i turned car off and started it again now where the temp comes up it is just blank

Faulty connection at the temp sensor on the NS rear view mirror.

60C means it was shorted, grounding, giving the max readout.

Blank means the wire got disconnected.

Common problem I think. I haven't bothered trying to fix mine, they give false readings anyway usually.
