RenaultSport clio 172 mk2
For about the last 6 months this hasn’t really been working, most of the time it shows 60c on the dash and then it just turns itself off and occasionally flashes back up every now and then. About once a week it will flash up with the correct temperature for about 5seconds and then it disappears again for another week or until it decides to show 60c or some stupid temperature thinking its in the Caribbean in the middle of summer lol.
Has anyone had this before? I take it this is the thermostat playing up, does anyone know if this is expensive to replace and how much Renault or anywhere else will change to make it work again. It’s not the end of the world but it’s just nice to know what temperature it is outside sometimes.
