outside temperature sensor

my sensor for the external temperature is getting annoying giving wrong readings all the time. is there anywhere else that i can get the sensor from instead of renault that want £45.00 for it. only reason for buying new is because the clio is going up for sale, and i want the car to be right for the new owner.
