P.A.S, Brake and Foglight help lol

I have a 1.2 2002 Mk2 Ph2 expression.

First problem is the power stearing has became really heavy, when looking for the PAS resevoir i cannot find it! looked in the manual and it says its next to the coolant bottle behind the battery...mine isnt, any ideas?

Second Problem is my right front wheel is squeeking, when i took the wheel off i notice the break pad rubbing against the disk, it squeeks worse when i turn corners and obviously squeeking gets quite bad when the brakes get warm, any ideas? lol

Thirdly I want to add fog lights, i have been looking for the wiring and i can see a brown and black wire around next to the horn near the fog light blanking plate on the near side, i cant however see anything on the far side, is my car equipped with the wires?

1) i think you have the electric power steering. no fluid. if not working, motor may be knackerd

2) stuck caliper most likely - needs replacement

3) dont think so.

Your car should deffo have electric power steering, it was the mk2ph1s and sports that had the hydraulic. Could be the motor or a fuse/wiring.
