P/X the Clio

Just wanted to know (or opinions), does having a aftermarket exhaust effect the p/x value I might get compared to having a standard exhaust on??

Bascially Clio 182 with a Blueflame Ex. (I know the rep on here isn't good for Blueflame anyway).
