P0141 ERROR CODE ON SCANGUAGE2

Hi all,
I have a lumpy tick-over and when I scan with Scanguage2 I get the following;
P0141 is the fault.
PID002 = 0141
PID003 = 0200 LOOP IS OPEN
PID004 = FF LOD=99
PID005 = 67

P0141 is the heated circuit in the oxygen sensor on bank 1 decreases time needed to enter closed loop. As the O2 heater reaches operating temperature, the oxygen sensor responds by switching according to oxygen content of the exhaust surrounding it. The ECM tracks how long it takes for the oxygen sensor to begin switching. It the ECM determines (based on coolant temp) that too much time elapsed before the oxygen sensor began operating properly, it will set P0141.
I have no loss in performance, no bad fuel economy and no Egg smell from the exhaust.
Also no CEL light.
I do have a slight blow on the exhaust.
Should I get this read on a Renault CLIP or can anyone scan this for me, I'm in Derbyshire.
Looks like I need to replace the O2 sensor, what do you guys think.
Thanks,
Andy

Where is the leak? I'd say fix that exhaust first mate as i've seen this on Hyundai's before and it normally means the flexi section in the front pipe has blown.

Of course it could just be an old, slow sensor with a buggered heater element but if there's a leak a gas analyser will show the problem up straight away.

Been to Renault Derby today and got DF038 DOWNSTREAM OXYGEN SENSOR HEATING CIRCUIT - RED
So looks like I need to replace the sensor or buy an decat exhaust.

Just realised that the Downstream O2 sensor is POST CAT, I didn't htink this one was very importent on the 172/182, just a polution light on the dash.
Confused now, I was going to replace the Exhaust anyhow and that hasn't changed BUT do I get a CATBACK and fix the POST CAT sensor or just go DECAT.
Help........................................

So they just said DF038 and not DF038/1 or 38/2? If it's just DF038 then it's an open circuit so most likely going to be a faulty sensor. Does the code clear but then come back straight away or does it vanish until the next cold start?

Check for +12v on pin 'A' of the H02 sensor m/plug
Ensure continuity between pin 'B' and pin '68' at ECM
Measure heater resistance value... should be 3.4Ohms at 20 degrees C (Heater element working)

Nope just DF038 nothing else, it does say downstream sensor which is post CAT, bought one of e-bay so gonna fit it and see.
Code will not clear at all.
